Creamy Garlic Sauce

I created this sauce to use in my creamy pepperoni pasta, but I think I stumbled upon a new favorite pasta sauce! I'm a big fan of white sauce, but I don't care for the ones you can buy in the store. Finally I have the perfect solution!

Creamy Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Dash white pepper
  • 1 cup 2% milk
Directions:

In a small saucepan, melt butter and garlic over medium heat. Whisk in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually whisk in the milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
